can only create a fair meal"
Working
from Rungis, just outside Paris and often referred to as “Europes
Larder” we are on the spot and immediately aware when new
products become available, and when old favourites come back into
season.
Oakleaf would not exist without the Chefs who take pride in their
creations, demanding the quality of ingredient that their work deserves,
and then being demanding on their suppliers to ensure that they
make these products available to them whenever possible.
