The Grand Arome du Val Evel™ Fruit Purees are made from the freshest fruits and have the same flavour and colour profile as the frozen fruit purees. The new packaging method is called aseptic pack. The fruit purees are flash pasteurised, quickly chilled and packed in a sterile aluminium pouch.

This process was introduced to fruit purees by La Fruitiere du Val Evel™. It preserves the purees for 12 months without altering the flavour or colour of the fruit. The aluminium pouch has a re-sealable plastic cap. Once opened the shelf life is 5 days.
