• Fresh produce direct from Rungis Market - The emphasis is on seasonal produce, from wherever it originates, providing it meets our exacting demands.
• Fresh produce from speciality UK growers - Our partners in farming are dedicated to quality, although we are always searching for additional UK growers looking for a route to market.  When in season we currently supply a range of UK soft fruits, asparagus and rhubarb.
• Charcuterie from Rungis and the New Forest - We are exclusively handling a range of superb charcuterie from the New Forest, which supports a vast selection available from Rungis.
• French Poultry and Game - An incredible range covering all poultry of specific breeds and origins, for example, Poulet Gauloise Blanc and Squab Pigeon.
• Seasonal British Game - Excellent quality venison, rabbits, hare, wood pigeon, pheasant, partridge, woodcock, grouse and much more direct from the shoot.
• Meat & Offal - Amongst our favourite specialist meats we have kid goat, suckling pig, and milk-fed Pyranean lamb.
• Dairy Rungis - A huge range of pasteurised and un-pasteurised, soft and hard cheeses, produced from cows, goats and sheep. Butters, créme and yoghurt compliment the dairy offering.
• Fine Foods - A bewildering choice and extensive range. Brands include; Thiercelin, Minus 8 and Lavany vanilla.
