Thiercelin Spices & Peppercorns
First introduced to Oakleaf in 2002, by Richard Ekkebus (then Executive Head-Chef at the Sandy Lane resort, Barbados) we were astounded at both the visual and aromatic qualities of the most amazing peppercorns, spices and blends. It is easy to see why so many of their regular customers are talented chefs such as, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Ducasse, Joel Robuchon and Michel Troigros.
Anyone wishing to add that little something extra to their cooking cannot afford to miss out on trying these truly fragrant and flavoursome products and should you be looking for something not listed - a catalogue is available on request.
